Belk announced an exclusive partnership with Kristin Davis, (of Sex in the city, Charlotte). Her brand is available at 125 Belk stores and online at Belk.com. Her new line is modern, feminine, and includes women’s apparel, sleepwear, lounge-wear, shoes, handbags and jewelry.
Prices will range between $38- $240 per item. (these photos are from Kristin’s recent visit to Atlanta at her fashion show).
Also happening at Belk is Belk’s Charity Sale, May 2, 2009 from 6a.m. to 10a.m. which will benefit local charities, schools and nonprofit organizations.
In return for a $5 donation, customers receive a ticket admitting them to the Charity Sale and entitling them to merchandise discounts ranging from 20 to 50 percent on purchases throughout the store (excluding cosmetics and fragrances). Customers will also receive $5 off their first purchase of $5 or more, and Belk cardholders will receive double points for card purchases.
Beginning this Friday, April 24, tickets may be purchased at Belk stores with all donations divided among the participating charities and schools.
