Hyatt Regency Atlanta’s signature restaurant, Polaris is offering a prix fixe Valenine menu.
The four course menu, set at $80 per person (or $105 per person with the addition of a wine pairing), includes an appetizer choice of Perlini Mozzarella Salad or Peachwood Smoked Tuna, Cream of Purple Cauliflower Soup, an entree choice of Beef Filet Mignon or Pan Seared Chilean Seabass and a delicious “Love in the Air” dessert.
All guests who order the prix fixe menu will receive a box of chocolates to take home, and those who select the wine pairing will receive a commemorative Polaris wine cork as a reminder of the night.
