For those who live south of the ATL, you can thank Jessica Shops reader Laura who sent me this great shopping info!  The Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove has Old Navy, Gap, Nike, and now new stores like JCrew, Banana Republic, Polo, Coach and Ann Taylor.  College students and teachers who shop JCREW all get 15% off their entire purchase at that location only!  Usually the outlet stores have stuff from last season, but since this one opened just last month, there are lots of items that are in the latest catalog.
