Zara (first location is at Lenox Square) will open at Perimeter Mall in the Bloomingdales wing. Also new to Perimeter is Stuart Weitzman shoes, near Nordstrom, and a Betsey Johnson store. Victoria’s Secret which is now near Bloomies, will relocate to the Crate and Barrel location.
A $120 million outlet mall, Prime Outlets is scheduled to open in 2010. The 120-store outlet will be about 30 miles north of Atlanta off of Interstate 575 near Holly Springs. The outlet mall will offer designer and name brand discounts to shoppers.
