The Solar Martini ($12) is an exclusive cocktail that will only be offered at the hotel’s iconic, rotating restaurant, Polaris, on Monday, August 21, in celebration of the solar eclipse.
It features coconut cream, pineapple, Malibu rum and a special pomegranate ice ball. To finish, it’s garnished with two perfect blackberries! So fun 🙂
