Personal training is now more affordable with the new on-demand personal training app, FitSpot. Recently launched in Atlanta the app offers the option to select a workout, time, location and trainer of choice.
Sessions are $69 for singles; add a friend, family member or co-worker and it’s $84 for two; add a third and it’s just $99, which is less than $35/person for a private personal training session.
